I have been to more than 12 vets since 2015, and I can honestly say I have never met a vet who truly loves animals the way Dr. Eliane does. You don’t just see her doing a job, you feel her care, patience, and deep respect for every animal she treats. She is excellent, attentive, and genuinely invested in both pets and their owners. What I appreciate most is how she handles difficult cases. My dog is very aggressive, yet she never nags, judges, or makes me feel bad about it. She stays calm, respectful, and knows exactly how to handle the situation in a professional and compassionate way. Her assistant and the other doctors at Vet Med are also wonderful, competent, gentle, and very professional. The whole team creates a safe, loving environment that makes stressful vet visits much easier for both pets and owners. The Best Veterinary Hospital!! The Drs are top notch, smart, professional and with hearts of gold. The Drs and staff are so kind with the animals, even the difficult ones (cat: Sir Munchkin III, you know why ). All of our dogs love them too. The hospital itself is spotless, with high quality equipment and welcoming rooms, including the overnight areas (cats and dogs are separated). The pet store at Vetmed is AWESOME! The staff are excellent and they offer a great variety of food, toys, treats and accessories at great prices and for every budget and great advice on what to chose. The grooming staff are very kind and thorough. Our floufs came out smelling lovely and clean. I can not recommend a better veterinary hospital - amazing.
